[Bluff, Utah]The Bluff International Balloon Festival celebrates its 11th anniversary this yer , from January 16th through the 19th. Events include  a Navajo taco dinner, Coyote and Hare Race, Storytelling, and a fundraising Southwest Cuisine Cookoff  on Saturday.
